We offer an Open Box Delivery System to ensure complete satisfaction with your furniture purchase. At the time of delivery, customers may open the package in the presence of our delivery team to carefully inspect the product. If the product meets expectations and is accepted, it will no longer be eligible for return. In the rare case that the product does not meet your satisfaction during the delivery inspection, you may choose to return it immediately. Once the returned product is received at our facility, a full refund will be processed within seven working days

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or phone, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process:

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, a different color, or a different style, please contact our executive through  customer support team to arrange for an exchange effortlessly.
